The short term goals of any organization is as important as the long term ambitions we have to go global. In the interim we have the following events lined to thoroughly connect with the base we want to support. We have identified various orphanages spread across the length and breadth of the Greater Accra Region that we want to support periodically with the funds we generate from individuals and corporate institutions. Some of these include:

• Christ Mission Orphanage
• Teshie Orphanage
• Transforming Lives Organization
• Agape Children’s Home and Orphanage
• Village of Hope

We intend to provide the following services to these orphanages

• Monthly food support for a minimum of fifty kids(provisions, food supplements etc
• Clothing(including shoes and trainers)
• Stationary to support their education.

We also have a series of events lined up in the course of the year to positively influence the lives of these kids

TRAYS’ MONTHLY GIG

With respect to the above caption, we select an orphanage of our choice and elicit support for their very immediate needs. Here, we are essentially providing very basic services, herein being food(provisions), toiletries, bedsheets, blankets. On the said day, the vicinity of the orphanages would also be given a make up as volunteers provide a thorough clean up of the facility.

With respect to the above caption, the Foundation intends to run quarterly programs for selected orphanages all through its operational area, herein being the GREATER Accra Region.

• The 3rd Saturdays of the months of March, June, September and December has been pencilled down as the days for the implementation of the programs.
• As many kids from at least 5 orphanages would all converge at a locations spacious enough to accommodate them where they will engage in all kinds of fun games to help keep the body and soul together.
• The plan would also incorporate celebrities coming over to spend some quality time with the kids as well as sessions to share their experiences and speak to them about who they are and how far they have come in their lives.
• There would also be opportunities for Medical platforms and institutions to provide basic medical and dental services for the children

CORPORATE WEEKEND SUPPORT

Here, the plan is to mobilize as many celebrity friends, friends and family embark on our weekend corporate support. We intend to spend a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours where we basically live and hang around with the kids all through the period. We cook, eat and sleep in the same surroundings as these kids.

This is to make them feel special and loved and help with their general integration into communities by the time they are of age to possibly be on their own. Some of these kids have a challenge with inferiority complexes which affects their personal development as they grow up and these corporate weekend support plan is to help overcome that.

Kids naturally have ambitions and their ambitions are as important as the privileged out there and finances would be the base in executing the plans.

• We intend to raise as much funds to sponsor at least 3 kids to the Tertiary level annually. We pay premium attention to the educational needs of the kids we support and we cannot allow this opportunity to pass by.

• We desire to go local, continental and global with our operations and not only concentrate on the Greater Accra Region. Thus we intend to liaise with as many orphanages that fall within our corporate plan and provide the necessary support services where possible and live the dream of putting smiles on as many faces as possible.
